Kelun Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is the world's largest professional infusion manufacturer and operator. It acquired the former Guilin Dahua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. in January 2011 and renamed Guangxi Kelun Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. It is the only production base in Guangxi that has begun to develop a comprehensive set of cephalosporin antibiotics from drug substances to preparations.

In October 2012, Guangxi Kelun invested and built a new production base in Guilin Suqiao Industrial Park. By the end of 2013, the first phase of the project was fully completed, with a cost of 370 million yuan to build 6 production workshops and corresponding supporting facilities, which were mainly for the production of cephalosporin sterile API drugs and powder injection preparations, and all of them passed the national new GMP certification by the end of 2013. The production capacity of the first phase of the design is about 700 tons/year for cephalosporin API and 120 million pieces/year for cephalosporin powder. In 2016, the annual output value was 211 million and the operating income was 162 million.
